Spring Dragon Fine Art Print

This is a Gicleè style archival print on matte paper. It is available unframed or framed in modern gold or dark natural wood. 

IMPORTANT: The 8"x12" print comes in an 11"x17" frame with a black mat. Because of the extra steps, turnaround time is longer than the other options.

This piece was made in spring of 2024 for the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Dragon. It features a woman in a sheer robe and brown hair standing in front of a blossoming peach or cherry tree. A teal dragon with cherry blossom branch horns winds around her. A poem by Christina Rosetti rests under an arch of purple wisteria in the bottom left corner, it's text describing how the beginning of life also inevitably the beginning of death. The scene is surrounded by a classic Art Nouveau style border in the style of Alphonse Mucha with abstract moths in the top corners.
