Contact, Shipping, and Returns
- All items are shipped using USPS, if this for any reason will not work for you please email me before completing checkout.
- All orders are packaged in the order they are received. Please allow 3-5 business days before items are shipped. This does not include weekends or holidays. If more than 5 business days have passed and you have not received a tracking number and are concerned about your order, please email me at contact@magmagazine.art
- Please bear in mind that I am disabled, which occasionally will impact shipping times when I am in a flare. If this happens, I will try to send an email notification, but the nature of my illnesses can make that difficult. I very much appreciate your patience!
- All transactions are final. Refunds and returns are only accepted if the items arrive damaged. When contacting me about a damaged item, I ask that you also send in photos or videos of the item as well as the original packaging. Without this, I cannot issue a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and may take a few days to be reflected in your bank account. If too much time has passed, contact your bank first before reaching out to me. Chances are it is still processing, and the bank will be able to give you more information than I can.
- I do not accept exchanges. Please be certain of what your are purchasing before placing your order.
- Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not shipped yet. If you have received a tracking number, I cannot cancel your order.
